Nickel Alloy Wire Introduction
Nickel Alloy Wire Overview
Nickel Alloy Wire Supplier
As a professional nickel alloy wire manufacturer and supplier in China, Arialloy offers a broad selection of nickel alloy grades, wire diameters, coil weights, spool sizes, straight lengths, temper conditions, surface finishes, and dimensional tolerances to meet different material and specification requirements. Wire can be supplied in coils, on reels or spools, in drums, or as straightened cut lengths with packaging matched to each order. Depending on the selected grade, alloying elements such as chromium, molybdenum, copper, iron, cobalt, aluminum, titanium, or niobium provide different combinations of corrosion resistance, strength, ductility, toughness, and thermal stability.
Nickel Alloy Wire Product Features
Arialloy nickel alloy wire is produced as a continuous solid section with controlled diameter, roundness, surface condition, and mechanical properties. A uniform cross section and smooth surface help maintain consistent characteristics along the full wire length, while controlled tensile strength and elongation provide the required balance between strength and formability. Coils and spools are wound evenly to reduce tangling, crossover, surface rubbing, and localized bending.
Nickel Alloy Wire Manufacture
Production begins with verification and preparation of nickel alloy wire rod, followed by descaling, pickling, or surface cleaning as required. The material is reduced through multiple drawing passes, with intermediate annealing introduced when necessary to control work hardening. Die geometry, reduction per pass, lubrication, drawing speed, wire tension, annealing temperature, and cooling are controlled to maintain diameter accuracy, roundness, surface quality, and mechanical properties. Final processing may include solution annealing, temper drawing, polishing, straightening, and rewinding according to the required condition.
Nickel Alloy Wire Inspection
Every Arialloy nickel alloy wire order is inspected according to the applicable material standard and customer requirements. Chemical composition verification, diameter and roundness measurement, surface examination, straightness checks for cut lengths, tensile testing, hardness testing, and wrapping tests can be carried out as specified. Coil weight, spool dimensions, winding quality, product identification, and packaging are also checked before shipment. Each order is supported by traceable heat numbers, material test certificates, inspection reports, and complete quality documentation.
