Nickel Alloy Coil Introduction
Coil Nickel Alloy Overview
Nickel Alloy Coil Supplier
As a professional nickel alloy coil manufacturer and supplier in China, Arialloy offers a broad selection of nickel alloy grades, thicknesses, widths, inside diameters, outside diameters, coil weights, heat treatment conditions, surface finishes, and edge conditions to meet different material and specification requirements. Master coils, slit coils, and custom width coils can be supplied with processing and packaging options matched to each order. Depending on the selected grade, alloying elements such as chromium, molybdenum, copper, iron, cobalt, niobium, or tungsten provide different combinations of corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, toughness, and thermal stability.
Nickel Alloy Coil Product Features
Arialloy nickel alloy coil is supplied as continuous flat rolled sheet or strip wound into a compact coil form. Controlled thickness, width, flatness, camber, edge condition, and winding quality help maintain consistent geometry throughout the coil. Stable tension and orderly winding reduce telescoping, loose wraps, edge damage, and surface marking, while a uniform material condition supports consistent processing along the full coil length.
Nickel Alloy Coil Manufacture
Depending on the grade, thickness, width, and required condition, production may involve hot rolling, cold rolling, solution annealing, descaling, pickling, surface grinding, tension leveling, slitting, edge finishing, and recoiling. Rolling reduction, annealing temperature, line speed, and cooling are controlled to maintain the required thickness and metallurgical condition. During final recoiling, strip tension and alignment are carefully managed to produce a compact and even coil while limiting telescoping, edge damage, and surface marking.
Nickel Alloy Coil Inspection
Every Arialloy nickel alloy coil order is inspected according to the applicable material standard and customer requirements. Chemical composition verification, thickness and width measurement, surface examination, flatness and camber checks, edge inspection, coil inside and outside diameter measurement, coil weight verification, tensile testing, hardness testing, and grain size evaluation can be carried out as specified. Winding condition, coil alignment, identification, and packaging are also checked before shipment. Each order is supported by traceable heat numbers, material test certificates, inspection reports, and complete quality documentation.

We manufacture the nickel alloy products listed in this range. Available surface options comprise BA, 2B, and No.4. Complete coils can be divided into smaller coils of specified weight. The typical inner diameter is 150–510 mm, and the outer diameter is 300–1200 mm.
This can be included in the order. We provide white and black film, blue film and transparent film for flexible ordering.
We can provide matching categories such as nickel alloy sheet, nickel alloy plate and nickel alloy strip. Please check the associated pages for complete details.
We typically schedule about 65 days for production for regular orders. Lead time may increase when the order includes special materials or dimensions.
Preparation of a nickel alloy coil sample depends on whether matching material is available for the specified grade and size. Special size or specially finished nickel alloy coil samples are not covered by the standard sample terms and are quoted on request.
Alloy grade, size, stock, manufacturing route, tolerance, and processing requirements determine the final MOQ for nickel alloy coil. The current planning estimate is 500 kg per size.
The nickel alloy coil inspection scope, acceptance criteria, results, and batch identity are recorded in the applicable order documents.
The nickel alloy coil purchase order should repeat every dimension and tolerance confirmed in the quotation. Machining allowance must be included if the supplied size is not the final component size.
