Nickel Alloy Strip Introduction
Nickel Alloy Strip Overview
Nickel Alloy Strip Supplier
As a professional nickel alloy strip manufacturer and supplier in China, Arialloy offers a broad selection of nickel alloy grades, thicknesses, widths, lengths, coil inside diameters, coil weights, heat treatment conditions, surface finishes, and edge conditions to meet different material and specification requirements. Slit coils, narrow width coils, and cut lengths can be supplied with custom width and packaging options matched to each order. Depending on the selected grade, alloying elements such as chromium, molybdenum, copper, iron, cobalt, niobium, or tungsten provide different combinations of corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, toughness, and thermal stability.
Nickel Alloy Strip Product Features
Arialloy nickel alloy strip is a flat rolled product supplied in continuous lengths or cut lengths with precisely controlled thickness and width. Uniform thickness, accurate width, controlled camber, low burr height, clean edges, and consistent surface condition help maintain stable geometry throughout the strip. Consistent dimensions and material condition support predictable forming, stamping, welding, and further processing.
Nickel Alloy Strip Manufacture
Depending on the grade, thickness, width, and required condition, production may involve hot rolling, cold rolling, intermediate annealing, solution annealing, descaling, pickling, tension leveling, precision slitting, edge conditioning, and recoiling. Roll gap, rolling reduction, annealing temperature, line speed, strip tension, and slitter clearance are controlled to maintain the required thickness, width, mechanical properties, and edge quality. Final leveling, cutting to length, and recoiling are selected according to the delivery form to control camber, coil shape, length, and surface condition.
Nickel Alloy Strip Inspection
Every Arialloy nickel alloy strip order is inspected according to the applicable material standard and customer requirements. Chemical composition verification, thickness and width measurement, surface examination, flatness and camber checks, burr height and edge inspection, coil inside diameter and weight verification, tensile testing, hardness testing, and grain size evaluation can be carried out as specified. Winding condition, cut length, product identification, and packaging are also checked according to the delivery form. Each order is supported by traceable heat numbers, material test certificates, inspection reports, and complete quality documentation.
