Nickel Alloy Seamless Pipe & Tube Product Features
Arialloy nickel alloy seamless pipe and tube are manufactured without welded seams, providing a continuous metal structure throughout the pipe body. The seamless construction supports uniform mechanical properties, consistent wall thickness, reliable pressure performance, and good dimensional accuracy. Nickel alloy grades containing chromium, molybdenum, copper, iron, cobalt, and other alloying elements provide different combinations of corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, toughness, and thermal stability.
Nickel Alloy Seamless Pipe & Tube Manufacture
Production starts with selected nickel alloy billets followed by billet preparation, heating, hot piercing, extrusion, or other seamless forming processes according to the required diameter and wall thickness. Cold drawing or cold rolling is used to improve dimensional accuracy, wall thickness consistency, surface quality, and mechanical properties. Solution heat treatment, straightening, sizing, cutting, machining, pickling, polishing, and other finishing processes are carried out to produce the required dimensions, metallurgical condition, and surface finish.
Nickel Alloy Seamless Pipe & Tube Inspection
Every nickel alloy seamless pipe and tube order is inspected according to the applicable material standard and customer requirements. Arialloy performs dimensional inspection of outside diameter, wall thickness, length, straightness, and end condition, together with visual and surface examination. Mechanical testing, chemical composition verification, hydrostatic testing, eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing, and other non destructive examinations can be provided according to the required specification. Each shipment is supported by traceable material records, inspection reports, material certificates, and complete quality documentation.

Standard lengths are 1 m and 6 m. Lengths of 12 m and 24 m can also be produced on request. We can cut the tubes to the required length by laser, plasma, or waterjet cutting; cutting and material loss may add cost.
Yes. Nickel alloy seamless pipe and tube can be supplied with a polished surface. Enhanced polishing options include 240- and 320-grit finishes. Pickled finish remains the normal default.
