Nickel Alloy Coil Tube Product Features
Arialloy nickel alloy coil tube is supplied in long continuous lengths wound into compact coils or spools, providing consistent tube dimensions throughout the entire length. The continuous tube structure reduces the number of connections required between individual tube sections while maintaining stable outside diameter, wall thickness, roundness, and mechanical properties. Different nickel alloy grades provide combinations of corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, toughness, and thermal stability together with the flexibility required for controlled coiling and handling.
Nickel Alloy Coil Tube Manufacture
Production includes tube preparation, cold drawing or cold rolling, intermediate annealing, final sizing, solution heat treatment, surface finishing, and controlled coiling. Multiple reduction stages are used to achieve the required outside diameter and wall thickness while maintaining dimensional consistency along long tube lengths. During final coiling, Arialloy controls bending radius, coil diameter, tube roundness, winding arrangement, and surface condition to maintain a uniform tube profile and prevent flattening, twisting, and surface damage.
Nickel Alloy Coil Tube Inspection
Every nickel alloy coil tube order is inspected according to the applicable material standard and customer requirements. Arialloy performs dimensional inspection of outside diameter, wall thickness, length, roundness, coil diameter, and end condition together with visual examination of the internal and external surfaces. Mechanical testing, chemical composition verification, hydrostatic testing, eddy current testing, ultrasonic testing, and other non destructive examinations can be carried out as specified to verify tube integrity and dimensional consistency throughout the continuous length. Each shipment is supported by traceable material records, inspection reports, material certificates, and complete quality documentation.
