Every nickel alloy thick walled pipe order is inspected according to the applicable material standard and customer requirements. Arialloy performs dimensional inspection of outside diameter, inside diameter, wall thickness, length, straightness, roundness, concentricity, end condition, and machining allowance together with visual examination of the internal and external surfaces. Mechanical testing, chemical composition verification, hydrostatic testing, ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, and other non destructive examinations can be carried out as specified to verify material integrity throughout the heavy wall section and overall pipe quality. Each shipment is supported by traceable material records, inspection reports, material certificates, and complete quality documentation.

Yes. We can polish these pipes into 200 to 600 mesh to match your requirements. We can also perform 8K polishing/mirror polishing.
Commonly supplied grades include Monel 400, Monel K500, Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Incoloy 800, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy B2, Hastelloy C276, etc.
Available options include random lengths, standard lengths of 1 m, 2 m, 3 m, 4 m, 5 m, and 6 m, or custom lengths.
Finished nickel alloy thick-walled pipes are bundled in batches and protected with heavy woven plastic bags. Wooden cases are also available.
Samples of common nickel alloy thick walled pipe grades and sizes can be provided when suitable material is available. Small evaluation samples are normally free, while the buyer pays freight; large, nonstandard, or specially processed samples are quoted separately.
