Arialloy nickel alloy plate has a heavier cross section than sheet, providing greater rigidity while retaining consistent thickness, flatness, and material properties. Controlled hot rolling, heat treatment, leveling, edge preparation, and inspection help limit thickness variation, surface irregularities, and distortion, producing stable plate quality across different sizes and grades.

Nickel Alloy Coil

Arialloy nickel alloy coil is supplied as a continuous rolled length with controlled gauge, width, edge condition, and winding quality. Thickness and surface condition are monitored throughout rolling and heat treatment, while leveling, slitting, and coil-tension control maintain consistent geometry and orderly winding from the outer wraps to the coil core.

Arialloy nickel alloy strip combines a narrow width profile with close thickness tolerances, straight edges, and consistent surface condition along the full length. Precision cold rolling, grade-appropriate heat treatment, slitting, and edge finishing are carefully coordinated to control gauge, width, camber, burrs, and coil shape, giving each batch reliable dimensional repeatability.
