The nickel alloy pipe cap production schedule is confirmed after grade, size, quantity, processing, and inspection requirements are reviewed. The initial estimate is about 30 days.
We provide complete internal and external polishing for nickel alloy pipe cap when that surface condition is required.
Typical alloy choices for nickel alloy pipe cap are Monel 400 and K 500; Inconel 600, 625 and 718; Incoloy 800 and 825; and Hastelloy B 2 and C 276.
The pipe cap size range covers OD 21.3mm–1219mm and WT 4.57mm–12.7mm.
Small dimension nickel alloy pipe caps are individually wrapped in plastic and packed in a wooden case. Larger products receive individual woven bag protection before being secured to wooden pallets.
A trial production order for nickel alloy pipe cap is normally planned from 100 kg per size. Standard or stocked specifications may support a smaller trial quantity, while nonstandard production may require more.
Dimensional inspection checks nickel alloy pipe cap against the measurements and tolerances stated in the order. Inspection results and batch identification remain traceable in the order documentation.
