Nickel Alloy Elbow Product Features
Arialloy nickel alloy elbows are formed to carry a smooth and continuous geometry through the curved section, with controlled wall distribution and accurately finished ends. Because material moves differently along the inner and outer arcs during forming, wall thickness, ovality, and cross sectional shape are carefully maintained throughout the bend. Consistent bend angles, center to end dimensions, aligned openings, and smooth internal transitions support accurate fit-up while simplifying inspection, cleaning, and further processing.
Nickel Alloy Elbow Manufacture
Depending on the required grade, size, wall thickness, and bend radius, production may involve hot mandrel forming, die pressing, cold forming, or forging, followed by solution heat treatment, sizing, end facing, and beveling. Heating temperature, forming force, and deformation are carefully controlled to limit outer arc thinning, inner-arc thickening, flattening, wrinkling, and cracking while maintaining a consistent metallurgical condition throughout the curved section.
Nickel Alloy Elbow Inspection
Every nickel alloy elbow order is inspected according to the applicable product and material standards and customer requirements. Dimensional checks, visual examination, wall thickness measurement, material verification, and non destructive testing can be carried out as specified to verify the bend angle, center to end distance, radius, ovality, end alignment, surface condition, and overall body integrity. Each order is supplied with traceable material records, inspection reports, and complete quality documentation.

We supply several elbow configurations: 45° elbow, 90° elbow, 180° elbow, long radius elbow, short radius elbow, long radius 180° elbow, short radius 180° elbow, reducing elbow, base elbow, left/right hand elbow, double branch elbow, quick elbow, threaded elbow, sanitary elbow.
Our main nickel alloy grade range covers Monel 400, Monel K 500, Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Incoloy 800, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy B 2, Hastelloy C 276, etc.
Each nickel alloy elbow receives an individual plastic bag before wooden case packing. This packing method applies to small sizes. For larger sizes, thick woven plastic bags and wooden pallets provide the required protection.
Buyers may request a nickel alloy elbow sample by supplying the required grade, size, and sample dimensions. The buyer covers freight, and any charge for a larger or special sample is confirmed separately.
Nickel alloy elbow orders generally start at 100 kg per size. Standard or stocked specifications may support a smaller trial quantity, while nonstandard production may require more.
Nickel alloy elbow normally requires approximately 30 days for production. This estimate covers production and routine inspection; transport time is calculated separately.
Routine checks on nickel alloy elbow include alloy identification, dimensional verification, surface examination, and any test required by the order. Product form inspections are added where applicable.
