Depending on the selected grade, alloying elements such as chromium, molybdenum, copper, iron, cobalt, niobium, or tungsten provide different combinations of corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, toughness, and thermal stability.
Nickel Alloy Plate Product Features
Arialloy nickel alloy plate is supplied with controlled thickness, flatness, surface condition, edge quality, and dimensional accuracy. Its relatively thick section provides structural rigidity while retaining the corrosion resistance, toughness, and thermal stability of the selected nickel alloy grade. Consistent geometry and material condition support predictable cutting, forming, welding, and machining during subsequent fabrication.
Nickel Alloy Plate Manufacture
Depending on the grade, thickness, and required condition, production may involve slab heating, hot rolling, cold rolling, solution heat treatment, descaling, leveling, cutting, grinding, and precision machining. For thick plate, rolling reduction, temperature, cooling, and heat treatment are carefully controlled to obtain a consistent metallurgical condition through the section and to limit residual stress and distortion. Final leveling and edge finishing help maintain the required flatness, squareness, and dimensional tolerances.
Nickel Alloy Plate Inspection
Every Arialloy nickel alloy plate order is inspected according to the applicable material standard and customer requirements. Chemical composition verification, thickness, width and length measurement, flatness and squareness checks, visual surface examination, tensile testing, hardness testing, and ultrasonic examination can be carried out as specified to confirm material identity, mechanical properties, internal soundness, and dimensional compliance. Each shipment is supported by traceable heat numbers, material test certificates, inspection reports, and complete quality documentation.

We are able to accommodate this requirement. Although our default finish is No.1 finish, if you need sandblasting or shot blasting, we can customize it for your production needs.
We can prepare plate pieces in custom sizes before shipment. We support multiple methods, including laser, plasma, and waterjet cutting. Cutting creates material loss, so the cost of the resulting waste is included in the product unit price.
The available product family also contains nickel alloy sheet, nickel alloy coil and nickel alloy strip. Product specific information is available in the relevant listings.
Our normal minimum quantity for nickel alloy plate is 200 kg.
The expected completion period for a standard volume nickel alloy plate order is 65 days. The confirmed date is issued after grade, size, quantity, processing, and inspection requirements are reviewed.
Common grade nickel alloy plate samples are generally free when suitable material is available. Grade, size, sample dimensions, and required processing are reviewed before dispatch.
Surface and moisture protection for nickel alloy plate are included in this arrangement: plates can receive moisture resistant surface protection and be secured on pallets or in wooden cases according to dimensions and weight. Surface sensitive material is separated with suitable liners, wrapping, or spacers.
Final inspection of nickel alloy plate confirms material identity, required dimensions, surface condition, and every test stated in the order. Only compliant material is released for shipment.
