Nickel Alloy Flange Product Features
Arialloy nickel alloy flanges feature a solid metal structure, accurately controlled connection geometry, and precisely machined sealing faces. The outside diameter, bore, thickness, hub profile, bolt circle, hole diameter, hole spacing, and facing dimensions are maintained within specified tolerances. Flat sealing surfaces, consistent facing patterns, and clean machined edges help ensure accurate alignment, stable fit up, and dependable sealing performance.
Nickel Alloy Flange Manufacture
Depending on the required alloy grade, flange type, and dimensions, production may involve billet cutting, forging, ring rolling, solution heat treatment, rough machining, drilling, and finish machining. Heating temperature, forging reduction, deformation, and cooling are carefully controlled to maintain a consistent metallurgical condition throughout the hub, flange body, and rim. Final machining controls bore concentricity, bolt hole position, face flatness, serration pattern, groove geometry, and surface finish.
Nickel Alloy Flange Inspection
Every nickel alloy flange order is inspected according to the applicable material standard and customer requirements. Material grade and heat number verification, dimensional inspection, visual examination, sealing face roughness measurement, hardness testing, positive material identification, and non destructive testing can be carried out as specified. Arialloy supplies nickel alloy flanges with traceable material records, inspection reports, and complete quality documentation.

The standard flange range covers TH (Threaded) flange, SO (Slip On Welding) flange, BL (Blind) flange, SW (Socket Welding) flange, LJ (Lapped) flange, WN (Welding Neck) flange.
Individual plastic bags protect smaller flanges inside the outer wooden case. Large flange sizes are stacked securely with separators or cushioning between the pieces.
Frequently requested material grades are Monel 400, Monel K 500, Inconel 600, Inconel 625, Inconel 718, Incoloy 800, Incoloy 825, Hastelloy B 2, Hastelloy C 276, etc. Nonstandard grades are available on request.
Evaluation samples of common nickel alloy flange grades and sizes are normally available. Grade, size, sample dimensions, and required processing are reviewed before dispatch.
100 kg per size is the practical minimum for a regular nickel alloy flange production lot. The sales team confirms the final MOQ after reviewing grade, size, quantity, and production requirements.

A regular nickel alloy flange order is typically completed in about 30 days. The confirmed date is issued after grade, size, quantity, processing, and inspection requirements are reviewed.
Nickel alloy flange quality is verified through material identification, dimensional and surface checks, and the agreed test scope. Compliant results are required before delivery.
