Nickel Alloy Sheet Introduction
Nickel Alloy Sheet Overview
Nickel Alloy Sheet Supplier
As a professional nickel alloy sheet manufacturer in China, Arialloy offers a broad selection of nickel alloy grades, thicknesses, widths, lengths, dimensional tolerances, material conditions, edge conditions, and surface finishes to meet different material and specification requirements. Depending on the selected grade, nickel alloys may contain chromium, molybdenum, copper, iron, cobalt, aluminum, titanium, or niobium, providing a balanced combination of corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, toughness, and thermal stability.
Nickel Alloy Sheet Product Features
Arialloy nickel alloy sheets are manufactured as flat rolled products with controlled thickness, flatness, and surface condition, providing consistent dimensions and reliable mechanical performance. Uniform thickness across the width, stable flatness, accurate squareness, clean edges, and consistent surface finish help maintain a uniform material condition throughout each supplied sheet.
Nickel Alloy Sheet Manufacture
Depending on the required grade and dimensions, production may involve hot rolling, cold rolling, intermediate annealing, solution heat treatment, descaling, pickling, leveling, edge trimming, precision cutting, and polishing. Sheet production requires careful control of rolling reduction, roll gap, strip tension, annealing temperature, cooling, and leveling to limit thickness variation, edge wave, center buckle, camber, distortion, and surface marks.
Nickel Alloy Sheet Inspection
Every nickel alloy sheet order is inspected according to the applicable material standard and customer requirements. Thickness, width, and length measurements, flatness and squareness checks, visual examination, surface roughness measurement, chemical analysis, tensile testing, hardness testing, and grain size examination can be carried out as specified to verify dimensional accuracy, edge condition, surface quality, material conformity, mechanical properties, and overall product quality. Each order is supplied with traceable material records, inspection reports, and complete quality documentation.

Alongside this product, we offer nickel alloy plate, nickel alloy coil and nickel alloy strip. The corresponding pages explain the supply range in more detail.
Our factory supports finishes including 2B, No.1, No.2, No.4, BA, 6K, Mirror Finished, 8K, Hair Line with PVC. Uncommon surface options may require additional fees.
Eligible small nickel alloy sheet samples may be sent free of charge, with freight collected from the buyer.
Buyers should plan for a minimum order of 200 kg for nickel alloy sheet.
Use a lead time of roughly 10 weeks for regular orders. A revised schedule may apply to special grades or sizes.
The normal inner and outer packing method for nickel alloy sheet is: sheets can receive interleaving or protective film and moisture resistant wrapping before being secured on a pallet or in a wooden case. The inner wrapping is chosen for moisture resistance and compatibility with the product finish.
A customer drawing can be used to define nonstandard nickel alloy sheet. A customer drawing is reviewed for all critical measurements before production release.
Material identity is verified before nickel alloy sheet is released for further processing. Order specific testing is added when it is stated in the purchase specification.
